據原規定(本系規定之活動項目)，請課委會同意依據下列規定由系主任協助辦理服學抵免。 (僅限114學年、115學年)
* 表單: (1)原本系附錄四名冊(時數統計表:洽系學會索取)+(2)成大「志工服務抵免申請表」+「服務學習反思心得」
According to the original regulations (activities designated by the Department), the Curriculum Committee is requested to approve the following arrangement, under which the Department Chair may assist students in applying for Service Learning credit waiver/substitution.
(Applicable only to Academic Years 2025–2026 and 2026–2027.)
Required documents:
(1) The original Department Appendix IV roster (service hours record form; available from the Department Student Association)
+(2) NCKU “Volunteer Service Credit Waiver Application Form” and “Service Learning Reflection Report”
* 送審時間:學期結束前，(集中)7月15日、1月15日，各1次由系學會提繳相關資料至系辦辦理。
Submission period:Before the end of each semester. Documents shall be submitted collectively by the Department Student Association to the department office twice per year:
July 15 and January 15. The materials shall be compiled by the Student Association President of the corresponding academic year and reviewed/signed by at least four Student Association officers in accordance with the original regulations.
由當學年系學會會長彙整(依原規定:四位以上系會幹部審核簽名)
* 核審程序: 系辦收件初審資格 > 系主任核定 > 註冊組審核 >學生完成抵免服學(三)申請。
Review procedure:
Department Office preliminary review of eligibility→ approval by the Department Chair→ review by the Registration Division→ completion of the Service Learning (III) credit waiver application.
* 另，目前仍尚有大二~大七同學，仍未修滿服學(一)~(三)，仍採行原過渡辦法，進行服學抵免。
(學校5種方式及相關表單: 以下114.1.23公告)建議本系於114學年度、115學年度訂為過渡時期。

In addition, there are still sophomore to seventh-year students who have not yet completed Service Learning (I)–(III). These students shall continue to follow the original transitional measures for Service Learning credit waiver/substitution.
(Please refer to the university’s five approved methods and related forms announced on Jan. 23, 2025.)
It is recommended that Academic Years 2025–2026 and 2026–2027 be designated as the transitional period for the Department.
(Transition period ends on Jan. 31, 2027, i.e., the end of the second semester of AY 2026–2027.)
大二~大六同學仍可以去系學會報名登記【系內活動】 (活動項目仍以之前系學會規定的項目為主)，集滿18小時服務時數，據上開辦法，申請抵免_服學(三)。
請舊生最慢於115_下學期前(2026.1.31)，完成必修0學分之服學(一)~(三)之畢業規定。
Sophomore to sixth-year students may still register through the Department Student Association to participate in departmental activities. (Eligible activities remain subject to the previous regulations established by the Student Association.) After accumulating 18 hours of service, students may apply for a waiver/substitution of Service Learning (III) in accordance with the above procedures.
Students admitted prior to Academic Year 2025 must complete the compulsory 0-credit Service Learning (I)–(III) graduation requirements no later than Jan. 31, 2027.

114學年度起入學新生將取消畢業門檻_服務學習(一)~(三)。113學年度前入學舊生全校規定仍需修畢服學(一)~(三)必修0學分之畢業門檻，始能畢業。(詳如內容，請務必查閱)
於過渡時期建議採行以下，並同時自114學年度起廢除原【國立成功大學物理學系服務學習(一)(二)(三)實施規範 (04.10,2023系課程委員會議通過) 】(本辦法113-2學期前仍為有效辦法)
114學年度起入學新生，取消服學(一)(二)(三)之畢業門檻。但113學年度前舊生不能溯及既往，仍需修畢服學(一)~(三)必修0學分之畢業門檻，始能畢業。
**本系113-2仍有開設服學(二): 系辦已於01.20發通知請大一生於113-2學期不要隨便棄選、退選服學(二); 而尚未通過服學(二)之舊生，請於113-2線上加簽服學(二)，以免影響畢業權益。
本系114學年度起將採行: (114-1起物理系將不會開設服學(三)，但其仍為目前大一(113入學)及舊生之畢業門檻)
提供113學年入學舊生(目前為大一)，採行以下抵免服學(三)畢業門檻之方式。
(一)校內、外志工服務(學校表單及規定)
(二)修習具服務學習內涵之通識課程(學校開課)_學校A6及A9 通識課程
(三)修習具服務學習內涵之專業課程_學校選課系統專區
(四)修習服務學習新制課程_學校選課系統專區
(五)具領身心障礙手冊，可依規定申請免修服學(學校表單)
歷屆未畢業之舊生因學生個人規劃因素，之前自行棄、退、被當尚未通過服學(一)~(三)舊生，採行以下抵免服學(三)畢業門檻之方式。
(一)校內、外志工服務(學校表單及規定)
(二)修習服務學習(三)亦可抵免服務學習(一)或(二)課程(學校表單及規定)
(三)修習具服務學習內涵之通識課程_學校A6及A9 通識課程
(四)修習具服務學習內涵之專業課程_學校選課系統專區
(五)修習服務學習新制課程_學校選課系統專區
(六)具領身心障礙手冊，可依規定申請免修服學(學校表單)
