【Important Notes on Professional Physics Courses (C2 / L2 Course Codes)】

If you are applying for credit waivers/transfers for professional courses in physics (course codes starting with C2 or L2), please pay close attention to the department-announced deadline (typically about one week earlier than the university deadline):

  1. Submission Deadline: You must upload all required documents (see Point 2) to the NCKU Online Credit Waiver System and submit your application before the department deadline. Overdue applications will miss the department review session and will NOT be granted credit transfers for physics courses.

  2. Required Upload Documents:

    • Complete official transcript (original copy).

    • The syllabus from the semester you took the course (must include the instructor's name, textbook, course outline, grading policy, etc.).

    • Applications with missing or incomplete documents for a subject will be rejected. If the department review committee requests additional documentation (e.g., class rank/percentile for that course), a notification will be sent to your student email. Please check your official student email regularly.

    • Note A: If the course was offered by the NCKU Department/Graduate Institute of Physics within the past five years, you only need to provide the official transcript.

  3. Out-of-Department / Non-Physics Courses: If you are only applying for credit transfers for out-of-department courses (non-C2/L2 codes) or non-physics general requirements (such as Service Learning), your application deadline follows the standard university schedule rather than the earlier department deadline.
